Submissions

Submissions should be emailed to Tom Denson E: t.denson@unsw.edu.au and to Wayne Warburton E: wayne.warburton@mq.edu.au as a word document. Please note that submissions received by the early deadlines are more likely to be approved.

Symposia

Submitting a symposium requires the proposer (organizer or "chair") to organize multiple presentations around a central topic.  Session length will vary, depending on the number of proposed presentations within each symposium.  The time allotted for each symposium is 90 minutes, so symposia with 4 speakers would involve presentations of 20-25 minutes or so, including time for discussion and questions. For symposia with more speakers, the length of time for each talk would be correspondingly shorter.

In order to participate, the symposium organizer should provide the following information:

  • A general abstract of not more than 300 words,
  • Names and affiliations of all contributing authors,
  • Abstracts for individual presentations (max. 250 words for each presentation), and
  • A maximum number of four presentations per symposium.

The early deadline is February 28, 2016, the late deadline is April 30, 2016. Notifications will be sent to authors starting May 1, 2016.

Oral Presentations

Presentations will be part of themed panels assembled by the program committee. Each presentation will be 20-25 minutes including time for discussion and questions.

  • In order to participate, please provide the following information:
  • An abstract of not more than 250 words,
  • Names and affiliations of all contributing authors

The early deadline is February 28, 2016, the late deadline is April 30, 2016. Notifications will be sent to authors starting May 1, 2016.

Posters
